The impact of COVID-19 on New Jersey’s schools is clearer Wednesday. The state launched a new tracking tool and reported 11 outbreaks linked to in-school transmission with 43 individual cases liked to those outbreaks. But the governor says overall school reopenings have gone “smoothly," even as cases around the state continue to spike.
