A proposal to build a 2.1 million-square-foot warehouse in South Jersey is pitting residents against developers. The plan calls for a warehouse complex spread across four buildings on 160 acres in rural Mullica Hill. Some homeowners say they were blindsided by the project — which also includes plans for about 1,400 parking spaces — prompting them to launch a campaign to block the construction.
