The Murphy administration announced Wednesday a first-of-its-kind in the nation Pay It Forward loan program aimed at helping lower-income New Jerseyans get into high-demand careers in nursing, technology and clean energy by giving them no-interest, no-fee loans that, in some cases, will not be required to be paid back.
