Note: The video in this report may be disturbing to watch. The Jersey City mayor’s office released video footage from a hit-and-run accident involving a Jersey City councilwoman. In the video, cyclist Andrew Black appears to run through a red light. Councilwoman Amy DeGise’s black SUV collides with him in the intersection, tossing him over the bike and into the street.
