NJ Spotlight News | Clip | ‘Toolkit’ to help NJ communities prepare for climate change

Mayors and local leaders are being warned their towns should expect higher temperatures, heavier rains, rising seas, and at the other end of the spectrum, drought. The state says those climate changes should be taken into consideration when setting rules on how property may be used.
