A recent study from Rutgers University suggests sea levels over the previous century have risen at a faster rate than ever. Following President Biden's lead, Rep. Frank Pallone put forth a bill that would set a goal of net zero greenhouse gas pollution no later than 2050, with an interim target of cutting pollution by 50% from 2005 levels no later than 2030.
