NJ Spotlight News | Clip | Residents against NJ Turnpike expansion plan

A group of NJ residents are speaking out against the NJ Turnpike Authority's $10.7 billion plan to relieve congestion by expanding the turnpike to and from the Holland tunnel. They say the area is already dangerous for pedestrians and cyclists and it would lead to more congestion. Critics want the state to use the money to invest in other forms of transportation that is better for the environment.
