Former President Donald Trump is expecting to launch his campaign to return to the White House on Tuesday night, a week after voters around the nation stymied an expected red wave and rejected many of Trump's hand-picked candidates in the mid-terms. LeRoy Jones, the chairman of the New Jersey Democratic State Committee, said the party would welcome another Trump candidacy.
