NJ Spotlight News | Clip | EPA approves cleanup plan for 9 more miles of Passaic River

The Environmental Protection Agency approved a plan Monday to deal with toxic mud in the Passaic River between Garfield and Belleville. It will happen in tandem with the already planned cleanup of 8.3 miles at the end of the river, from Belleville to Newark Bay.
