For the first time since September, the state is increasing indoor capacity just slightly from 25% to 35% at restaurants, bars, salons, gyms, casinos and other businesses. Wednesday, officials reported 2,021 new positive cases of COVID-19 in New Jersey. Statewide the total number of cases is 631,309. An additional 52 deaths were reported for a total of 21,693 confirmed and probable fatalities.
