Phase 1 of the state’s COVID-19 inoculation plan is now moving to veteran’s homes, where the coronavirus spread like wildfire during the spring outbreak. The first vaccinations given under the Federal Pharmacy Program began Monday night for residents and staff at the Paramus Veterans Memorial Home.
