NJ Spotlight News | Clip | Newark schools reopen with hybrid learning plan

Newark public schools opened their doors for the first time Monday since they were closed by the pandemic last year. Students will be on a hybrid plan with in-person classes two days a week and virtual instruction for all on Wednesdays.
