The New Jersey Legislature is tackling judicial vacancies in the state, with the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday considering several Superior Court nominees. It’s progress, but not nearly enough to chip away at the massive backlog in state courts. Next up for these candidates is a vote of the full Senate. But New Jersey's backlog of judicial vacancies continue to create major problems.
