While marijuana sales are now legal — there are already warnings that not everyone should partake. Local municipalities say they don’t want their police officers using cannabis when they are off-duty. There's a rising tension between local towns and the Murphy administration to add a patch to the cannabis law making it illegal for off-duty officers to light up.
