Nestle said Tuesday it’s rushing baby formula produced outside the U.S. via air freight to help fill the gap. House Democrats on Tuesday proposed a $28 million emergency funding bill to address the shortage. It’s an unnerving hurdle for parents who’ve already been saddled with the burdens of the pandemic and are now struggling to provide the most basic of needs.
