S2019 E48: Kolb Pushes for Delay of Criminal Justice Reforms

A series of criminal justice reforms are set to take effect in New York on January 1. But there is vocal opposition pushing to delay them. Lawmakers in the Democratic majority say the reforms will save the state money and reduce inequity, and have no plans to delay. Ray Suarez talks to the Assembly Minority Leader about the push against the new reforms.
