The NJ State Governor’s Jefferson Awards recognize exceptional volunteers throughout the state. Honorees are nominated by members of the community in 18 different categories. The Star-Ledger, Community Foundation of NJ, and the Governor’s Office of Volunteerism partner together to administer the Awards each year, with support from corporate sponsors such as PNC Bank.
