American Black Journal | Episode | S48 E10: “The American Rhapsody”

This year's Sphinx Competition was the setting for a performance by the organization’s founder, Aaron Dworkin. The spoken word presentation, titled “The American Rhapsody,” was written by Dworkin. This was the Detroit premiere for the work, which tells the story of our nation through the life, speeches and writings of America’s first president, George Washington.
