NEW YORK VOICES NEW YORK VOICES, Thirteen/WNET's Emmy Award-winning public affairs series, reports on the top headlines in politics, finance, education and arts and culture from around New York. Hosted by Rafael Pi Roman, NEW YORK VOICES presents timely, indepth stories unique to the lives of New Yorkers, examining key issues from legislation in Albany to the latest news right from their neighborhood. This weekly, half-hour newsmagazine program features profiles and interviews with a cross-section of news makers, experts and community leaders.

NEW YORK VOICES is the recipient of several prestigious awards for excellence in broadcasting, including a 2008 New York Emmy Award for Best Magazine Program. The series also received five New York Emmy awards and five Cine Golden Eagle awards in 2007.
