MANAGING ANXIETY DURING THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK

This period of self-isolation during the coronavirus health crisis is an anxiety-provoking one.  A rogue cough that might otherwise go unnoticed, can cause tremendous concern.  Dr. Brian Fallon, Psychiatry Professor at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, specializes in illness anxiety/hypochondria.  Dr. Fallon shares his recommendations on how to manage anxiety while remaining safe.
