Tonight, we take you inside Manhattan’s newest neighborhood. As last minute preparations continue for tomorrow’s now all-inclusive St. Patrick’s Day parade here in Manhattan, Staten Island’s LGBT community questions why they are still being banned from their borough’s celebration. Following a year that rocked the Catholic Church with new revelations of decades old incidents of sexual abuse, Pope Francis convoked an unprecedented summit to take action. But was it a serious first step or public relations damage control? Monsignor Jim Lisante is here with answers.
