> JOINING NOW WITH REACTION TO THE PRIMARIES AND LOOK AHEAD TO NOVEMBER'S GENERAL ELECTION, MAN WHO WILL FACE OFF ANDREW CUOMO, DUCHESS COUNTY -- AND GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE REPUBLICAN, MARK MOLINARO.

THANK YOU.

NOT A VICTORY FOR NEW YORKERS FRANKLY.

GOVERNOR SPENT $20 MILLION OF MONEY THAT I THINK HE BENT RULES TO ATTAIN.

HE VILIFIED HIS OPPONENT, MISS NIXON AND STILL COUNTLESS NEW YORKERS THINK THE SYSTEM IS RIGGED AGAINST THEM.

THEY'RE RIGHT.

IT IS.

CUOMO HAS BENEFITTED FROM THAT.

THERE IS A PATH FOR WINNING BECAUSE NEW YORKERS WANT A GOVERNMENT MORE HONEST, HONORABLE AND RESPONSIVE TO THEM.

FACT HE BEAT MISS NIXON BUT ALMOST 2-1 DOESN'T MAKE YOU PAUSE?

NOT AT ALL.

THERE ARE A LARGE NUMBER OF VOTERS IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY THAT SEE HIM THE WAY THE REST OF US SEE HIM.

SOMEBODY MORE INTERESTED IN POWER, MAKING DECISIONS BASED ON POLITICAL EXPEDIENCE AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO REMAIN IN POWER.

ONE OF THE BIGGEST HEADLINES BESIDES THAT WAS 6 OF 8 OF THE MEMBERS OF THE FORMER INDEPENDENT DEMOCRATIC CONFERENCE, WHO USED TO WORK WITH THE REPUBLICANS AND KEPT REPUBLICANS IN POWER IN THE STATE SENATE LOST AND LOST BIG.

SOME ARE CALLING IT A BLUE WAVE BY PROXY BECAUSE THEY LOST AS RESULT OF THE FACT THEY WORKED WITH REPUBLICANS.

DOES THAT CONCERN YOU?

I THINK THEY LOST BECAUSE THEY LOST CONNECTION WITH THEIR CONSTITUENTS, LIKELY LEFT OF CENTER, WANTED HONEST REPRESENTATION.

I THINK ANY POLITICIAN WHO IS DIVORCED FROM THE REALITIES THEIR CONSTITUENTS FACE IS ENDANGERED.

WHY I THINK ANDREW CUOMO IS IN TROUBLE.

VOTERS SAW IN SENATE CANDIDATES AND THIS GOVERNOR SOMEONE IN IT FOR CORPORATE REASONS, POLITICAL BENEFIT AND POWER.

SEE ESTABLISHMENT THAT STANDS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE GATE.

EVEN THE GOVERNOR WAS ON A MANSION ON A HILL.

BUT HE WON, THEY LOST.

WELL, I THINK YESTERDAY WAS TELLING.

NUMBER OF VOTERS HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THAT KIND OF POLITICS, REGARDLESS.

SEEMS THAT EVERY DEMOCRAT RUNNING YESTERDAY, REGARDLESS OF THE RACE, WAS RUNNING AGAINST DONALD TRUMP.

YEAH.

GOVERNOR HAS BEEN CALLING YOU TRUMP MINI ME.

HIS WORDS.

AND CAMPAIGN IS LINKING YOU TO NRA AND CALLING YOU A QUOTE ANTIWOMAN, ANTI-IMMIGRANT, ANTILBGTQ CANDIDATE.

UNQUOTE.

HOW DO YOU RESPOND TO THE CHARGES?

THEY'RE LIES, I'M NOT INTERESTED IN ADMINISTERING WORDS.

I DIDN'T VOTE FOR DONALD TRUMP, HE KNOWS I'VE HAVE RECORD OF DEFENDING WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND PROTECTING THOSE REGARDLESS OF WH WHO THEY LOVE, WHERE THEY LIVE.

AND COMMISSION FOR FEAR THAT MANY IMMIGRANTS HAVE, FEAR WE HAVE AS SOCIETY TO ADDRESS INTOLERANCE.

GOVERNOR TALK ABOUT DONALD TRUMP BECAUSE CORRUPT GOVERNMENT.

SEEING THE POWERFUL ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE GATE.

HE'S RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT.

I'M RUNNING FOR GOVERNOR IN STATE OF NEW YORK.

IN ASSEMBLY YOU VOTED AGAINST SAME-SEX MARRIAGE.

SAME POSITION AS HILLARY CLINTON AND BARACK OBAMA AT THE TIME.

WE ALL GROW.

THAT'S IMPORTANT TRAIT.

THIS GOVERNOR CAN'T ADMIT A MISTAKE.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THIS IS A CIVIL RIGHT TO BE PROTECTED AND AS GOVERNOR I'M GOING TO DO IT.

TURN TO TWO OR THREE ISSUES THAT NO DOUBT WILL DOMINATE THE DEBATE FOR THE REST OF THE CAMPAIGN.

START WITH THE SUBWAYS.

DO YOU BELIEVE THAT THE SUBWAYS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GOVERNOR AND STATE RATHER THAN THE CITY?

YES.

AND UNLIKE THIS GOVERNOR, PLAN TO FIX THE TRANSIT SYSTEM.

RELEASED A FAIRLY DETAILED PLAN.

NOT VANITY PROJECTS, COLORED TILES IN MIDTOWN OR SECOND AVENUE SUBWAY OPENING WITH RIBBON CUTTING AND NO FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.

BY ADDRESSING THE COST --

HOW?

NEGOTIATE.

THIS GOVERNOR LIKES TO DICTATE AND BULLY.

THERE'S OPPORTUNITY FOR EMPLOYEES AND SYSTEM TO BENEFIT IF WE START BY RESPECTING EACH OTHER AND FOCUS EFFECTIVELY ON GETTING RESOURCES ON TO THE TRACKS AND INTO THE STATIONS.

ALSO BY THE WAY, JUST OFFER THERE ARE COUNTLESS PEOPLE, LOWER END OF THE INCOME SCALE OR LIVING WITH DISABILITIES DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO TRANSIT SYSTEM.

IT IS THEIR LIFE BLOOD AND WE HAVE RESPONSIBILITY AS STATE TO FIX IT, MAKE IT ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE FOR THEM.

CORRUPTION IS SOMETHING YOU TALK ABOUT A LOT.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT?

DAY ONE, A COMMISSION THAT GOES AFTER REPUBLICANS OR DEMOCRATS, ANYBODY WHO DEFRAUDS TAXPAYERS.

FIRST DAY IN OFFICE.

AND PROPOSE MOST SWEEPING ETHICS REFORMS.

DEMAND A VOTE ON TERM LIMITS.

ENFORCE IT.

THIS GOVERNOR HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF HIS OFFICE.

BENEFITTED FROM -- HIS LIEUTENANTS FOUND GUILTY.

IF EVER THERE WAS A CORRUPTED ADMINISTRATION THERE'S THIS ONE.

ASIDE FROM THAT AND EVERYTHING YOU SAID, 30 SECONDS OR LESS, MOST IMPORTANT REASON NEW YORKERS SHOULD MAKE YOU NEXT GOVERNOR OF NEW YORK?

I CARE DEEPLY ABOUT THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK.

SPENT EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE MAKING SURE GOVERNMENT WORKS.

ZERO INTEREST IN IDEOLOGY.

WANT TO WORK TOGETHER TO PROTECT ONE ANOTHER, MAKE THE STATE AFFORDABLE TO EVERYONE WHO CALLS IT HOME.

THAT'S MY COMMITMENT.

THANK YOU.

THANK YOU.
