TONIGHT ON METROFOCUS

April 21, 2018 at 5:30 am

Today students from across the country staged a walkout to remember the victims of all school shootings with a demand that they end now!  The person behind the national march takes us inside the walkout. 19 years ago today the Columbine High School massacre occurred, killing 13 and marking the start for many of the seeming epidemic of school shootings.  We’re looking back to look forward. PBS rolls out “The Great American Read” while Mayor De Blasio’s office rolls out “One Book, One New York”. We have details on both of these wonderful events. Is it time to legalize Pot in New York State? Senator Chuck Schumer wants to decriminalize marijuana, what about you?
