What’s in a name? A movement by angry New Yorkers is calling for the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge to return to the Hudson River crossing’s old moniker, the Tappan Zee Bridge. The person behind this movement and a petition, Monroe Mann, is here to explain.
