Harry Enten, an analyst for FiveThirtyEight, joins us to discuss the Iowa caucus results. Infectious disease expert Dr. Bob Arnot brings us the facts about the mosquiteo-borne Zika virus, which the World Health Organization on Monday declared a global emergency. Star Trek’s George Takei joins us for the second of a two-part interview to reminisce about the good ol’ days on the USS Enterprise and discuss his role as an LGBT activist. In honor of Black History Month, we sit down with Kadiatou Diallo who remembers her son Amadou, the unarmed Liberian immigrant whose 1999 death sparked outrage in New York after police fired 41 shots, striking him 19 times.
