Millay Colony for the Arts Gives Artists Time and Space to Create

A small piece of the poet Edna St Vincent Millay‘s estate in New York’s Columbia County is now home to the Millay Colony for the Arts.

Each month – from April through November – six visual artists, writers, and composers are awarded room and board and studio space as a creative retreat. As you’re about to see, some of those artists are giving back by sharing their skills and stories at local schools.
