Rafael Pi Roman talks with Lodro Rinzler.

Lodro Rinzler has written four books highlighting the importance of Buddhist teachings in our everyday lives. In his latest book The Buddha Walks into the Office: A Guide to Livelihood for a New Generation, he teaches us how to practice mindfulness and compassion in the workplace so that we may have more pleasant and productive interactions with those with whom we spend most of our waking hours: our co-workers. Rafael talks with Rinzler about karma, empathy and how we can avoid being “jerks at work.”
