Desk Jockeys: Exercise!

Acknowledging the obvious ironies, we suggest that everyone who’s hands are tied to a keyboard for hours a day sit down and watch this very interesting video about the mental benefits of exercise.

John Ratey, a professor at Harvard, spoke with Richard Wiese about his new book, Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain which examines how our culture has evolved against our physiology.
