Guidelines To view these materials, researchers must contact the archive directly via mail or email. Use is restricted to onsite access only. Researcher will be required to read and sign an access policy agreement form prior to use of materials. Researchers are permitted access to processed archival collections only. Request for any use of materials other than research will have to go through Thirteen's Rights and Clearances department. Costs associated with clearing and/or remastering any materials for specific use must be paid by the party requesting such materials. Approved use of materials must include a credit recognizing Thirteen as the source of the materials. One copy of the final work must be donated to the Archives free of charge. Unauthorized use of materials for purposes other than those expressly approved by Thirteen could result in legal action. All bags and coats will be stored in a secure location while materials are being accessed. Visits to the Archive will be scheduled according to the time sensitivity of a researcher's project and the availability of Archive staff. Fees If the researcher requires audiovisual materials to incorporate into a moving image production, the associated production and clearance fees are the responsibility of the researcher.
