Meet Crystal Mosser, a soprano from NYU, recently in a production of The Gondeliers and soon to be seen upstate in Chatham, New York as Christine in The Phantom of the Opera. Hear about how she found an interest in operetta’s, the burlesque of opera, how she feels young people connect to opera, and see her sing “The Silver Aria” from Douglas Moore’s The Ballad of Baby Doe.
Thank you for continuing to show these young opera stars. It is enjoyable and very important in the sustaining and maintaining of this wonderful art form!
She’s got a great tone to her voice. I’m excited to hear contemporary opera in this series. Will it air on tv?
She is so pretty. I love this.
She is so amazing. I actually performed with Crystal in 2006 and let me just tell you that not only is her gift incredible and touching. But she is quite possibly the sweetest most down to earth person you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. I love you girl! Muah- Jason Cowsert

The volume was turned up all the way and yet it was not quite loud enough or clear enough. Could just be my old ears! The moderator was very clear. Regardless, keep up the good work! I am enjoying the series. M Kramer
