Cora Cahan, head of the 42nd Street development project, spearheaded one of largest economic endeavors in the city’s history. The transformation of this one street in the heart of Manhattan became an anchor for all of the Times Square area. In this SundayArts Profile, Cahan discusses the renovation of the oldest theater on 42nd Street, The New Victory.
