Renee Fleming, the People’s Diva
Posted: April 26th, 2010

Renee Fleming from Rochester, New York, has been called the people’s diva. Like many of us, Fleming had a typical suburban American childhood. Now, however, she’s in demand at all the world’s greatest opera stages and concert halls. Paula Zahn sits down with Fleming to discuss her soaring opera career.

I signed up to find out when you offer opera on TV, but haven’t received any such notification in the month or two that you have sending me your emails. How often do you present operas?

  2. Laura says:

Thank you for posting this up. I appreciate opera very much and Renee is one of my favorite opera singers.
