There are few people who know more about the artistic and cultural life of New York City than Commissioner Kate Levin of the Department of Cultural Affairs. From the largest Museums to the smallest dance companies and in every borough of the city you can see how this agency is enhancing the life of New Yorkers. SundayArts speaks to NYCDCA Commissioner Kate Levin about the department and its work.

    I don’t know where the problem lies, but this video clip was completely unwatchable. It paused about 50 times and thus I could not follow what Kate was saying.
