This week’s SundayArts Choice focuses on two new exhibitions at the Brooklyn Museum. Curator Ladan Akbarnia provides a fascinating glimpse into the “Light of the Sufis: The Mystical Arts of Islam”  and the newly reinstalled Islamic Galleries. The “Light of the Sufis” exhibition is part of the Muslim Voices Arts & Ideas festival.

Thank you for working so hard to provide this program, although it was short for me,but it was informal and you looked great.

Hi Ladan Joon: It was so nice of you to make Hasaan and I feel very special to visit your exhibition before it was opened to public. We truly appreciate your kindness and your friendship. I am sure your mom and dad are so proud to have a daugther so knowledgable and sweet, and pretty. Good luck in your future.
    Thank you!

    Nayer and Hasaan

    Dear Ladan:
It is fantastic to see your presentation so vivid and enlightening. I think both Behrooz and Nassrin would be very proud of your achievments. Congratulation.
    Farhad
