THE CONCERT MASTER’S SOLO WAS EXQUISITE. KUDOS TO HIM. WISH I KNEW HIS NAME. MS. FLEMING LOOKED FAR TOO HEALTHY IN THE DEATH SCENE. I LOVE ALL THE SUNDAY ARTS MET OPERA PRODUCTIONS, BUT THIS ONE OVERDID THE GLITZ AND DOWNPLAYED THE PASSION IN THE STORY, AS DID MS. FLEMING IN HER ROLE. IT WAS SADLY UNCONVINCING.
