Philippe Starck

Philippe Patrick Starck (born January 18, 1949, Paris) is a well-known French Product designer and probably the best known designer in the New Design style. His designs range from spectacular interior designs to mass produced consumer goods such as toothbrushes, chairs, and even houses.His latest project is the new SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, which incorporates many green features. In this SundayArts profile, Starck talks about the features that link his varied creations.
