Dr. Jennifer Chi

Philippe de Montebello interviews Dr. Jennifer Chi of the Institute for the Study of the Ancient World, an institution located right across the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Art on 84th Street. They discuss the institute’s mission to view ancient civilizations from a vertical viewpoint and an exhibition on civilizations that grew up in Central Europe along the Danube in 4000-5000 B.C.

Wonderful. I wish this exhibit would come to the Phoenix Museum of Art so I can see it in person. The Danubian cultures must have been fascinating.
