Man it’s so touching to see these guys sing to each other, He ain’t heavy he’s my brother. That song was meant for each other, not the audience.
m’boom! this footage is an absolute treat. hairs standing up on the back of my neck! thank you so much for this incredible resource.
This is a fantastic site not only in terms of memorable moments in ones’ life but to share with friends and the young people, to educate them about things they only hear about.
The segment with M’boom, Bobby Hebb, Persuasions, Ron Carter , et al needs to be repaired, it stops every six or seven seconds, and does not come back on.
I saw this episode as a fifteen-year-old when it first ran and it blew me away. Bobby Hebb died last Tuesday, and this program is a wonderful testament.
Bobby Hebb singing “A Natural Man” is one of my favorite songs of all time. What a wonderful human being, you can see his soul oozing out of him with every breath. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful series.
