I saw this movie a while ago. The casting is very strong. Gary Sinise really shows his acting range in this movie.

Steinbeck’s novel is of course a classic but not this 1992 adaptation. Someone goofed. The movie classic is the (1939)Of Mice and Men with Burgess Meredith and Lon Chaney Jr.

Steinbeck classic, is told so wonderful by Gary Sinse, his a wonderful and talented actor as well as a fine director. This movie was wonderful and a must see, because of the bonds of these two different men and the choice one had to make. This is classic story making at it’s best.

I love this tale, in fact, anything by Mr. Steinbeck. This telling is fine however, I prefer the 1939 rendition.
