A young man lives on the border between the ordinary world and his imagined life as a Russian cosmonaut. After being unceremoniously dumped by his girlfriend, he loses grip on reality and embarks on a perilous journey into outer space.

This has some echoes of Michel Gondry in it. Intriguing film.
