Great film! and a very nice ending!

I believe that this animation is the best because of your use of suspense and surprise to tell a simple story. Better than Manifestations because for all of its visual clutter, it’s a more superficial story. Yours has meaning. Get a *visual style and you will be a better animator.

nice story. the character animation was cliched and uninspired and not pleasing to look at, but don’t worry, pixar can’t animate humans yet either. doesn’t matter though, because your story had a touching ending

I voted for this short because I felt it was the best artistically - but I disagree wholeheartedly with the underlying. I felt it would have been better if both characters had guns, and one child from either side had the umbrellas, and each offered theirs to the other side. This way it reads that the Israelis are the aggressors and the Palestinians are the passive ones.

I just have to say how touched and meaningful I find this film. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. And this was a solid vote for me.
