Rumble in July: Past Reel 13 Winners Compete Again

Summer is bringing out the best in Reel 13 Shorts!
During each of the first three weeks in July, previous Reel 13 Shorts winners squared off against each other. Each week’s winner (chosen by you!) aired on consecutive Saturday nights, along with our Classic and Independent features.
The three winners — The Last Butcher in Little Italy, El Pianografo, New York Talk — competed in the final, end-of-the-month Champions’ Round.

July’s overall winning short film will air Saturday, July 25th.
My dad is “Moe-the-Butcher”.
He’s such a loving, humble guy that I’m so happy he is getting this recognition for the many years he’s been at it at 238 Elizabeth Street in Manhattan.
