Purpose

The RELIGION & ETHICS NEWSWEEKLY module provides a way for Web site administrators to publish regularly updated R & E content on the Web sites they maintain. The R & E module is a free, customizable piece of code that, when placed into any valid HTML Web page, displays the titles of current R & E stories, capsule-length descriptions of those stories, and links to the current week's headlines.

Creating your module

Creating your module is a simple 4 step process. After registering with a user name and e-mail address, module administrators will be give the option of customizing the display options of their module. The basic module contains the R & E banner image and a list of the current week's story titles with links to those stories on the R & E web site (maximum of 3 stories). Optional customizations include short text descriptions of this week's current stories, updated news headlines, a photo of the current week's top story, and sizing options. How your module works

After previewing your customized R & E module, you will be given a small piece of javascript code which can be inserted into any HTML page to display the module you selected. In addition, this code will also be sent in a confirmation e-mail to the address specified during the registration process. Returning admins can change the display of their module at any time by logging in to the module system either via the "Registration" page or by using a link sent in their confirmation e-mail.
