A: (cont.) Indy film has become a buzzword with very little meaning behind it. I don't like to bother myself with such terms. But there is, of course, the digital revolution. As Coppolla predicted, this is enabling all sorts of people to potentially be the next 'Mozart.' It is democratizing the process to a certain extent and it has become mandatory for filmmakers to prove themselves and improve their chops by doing something for nothing on digital video.
