Q: What do you think of the current state of independent filmmaking?
RM: I am pleased with the current state of video/filmmaking. Never before in history have so many been able to express themselves by bringing to fruition their own visions and thoughts. I think that it is potentially very healthy for our society. There are, and have been for quite some time, many people out there with something to "say," and now they have a vehicle and venue in which to "say it."
