Q: What inspired you to make this piece?
A: ANIMAL ATTRACTION started because I was having a very difficult time with my cat, Ernie, who acted out a lot. A friend suggested I call an animal communicator to get help. I thought it was a silly idea, but I did it anyway. Once I started speaking with the animal communicator, I realized that it was a revolutionary notion to imagine that animals communicated at the same level of sophistication as we do. And it was an idea that I had actually believed when I was younger but had forgotten. I wanted to see if this telepathic communication with animals could possibly be "real."
