A bungled burglary leads to an unexpected night for a hapless would-be thief. When a burglar breaks into an apartment and tries to steal a television set, he stumbles backward into a big surprise -- a bed in which a woman is sleeping. Unconsciously, she puts her arm around the man, trapping him. When he hears the sound of a flushing toilet, he hides as best he can from the husband he knows is about to emerge from behind the bathroom door. The tired husband gets into the other side of the bed without realizing that anything's amiss. Soon, everyone's asleep, including the burglar. When they all awaken the following morning, the chaos and calamity really begin.
