Brown has structured a moving mural, an animation of city space, with this vibrantly colorful dance through the streets of Manhattan. This film will allay any doubts about New York City, and makes one fall in love with it all over again. The Latino jazzy music score elevates this "ditty" to a charming dance of paint and makes the film a fantastical historical document of the ever-changing surfaces of this city.
