	Q: Briefly tell us about how you made your film or video. A: I shot the film in one afternoon by myself on my Cinema Products 16mm GSMO camera. It was shot on a 400' roll of Kodak 7287 (no longer produced). I recorded sound on a Sony D7 dat recorder. It was the day before Fred closed. Q: Do you have any interesting behind-the-scenes stories about the making of this particular work? A: Fred was not usually big on letting people shoot in his restaurant but because of the circumstance he let me in. ... page 3
