Q: Briefly tell us about how you made your film or video.
A: I made THE STORK using Flash, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and plain old pencil and paper. I animated the stork flying traditionally on paper, then scanned and painted in Photoshop. I brought these raster sequences into Flash, where I combined them with vector and raster elements. I edited everything and added sound in Final Cut Pro. Then I ran a subtle After Effects blur filter over everything to reduce some interlacing artifacts. I output everything to mini-DV using my old Sony PD-150 and a firewire cable.
